Corn has about a million amazing applications as it is an extremely versatile product.  In this class, we’re going to highlight the sheer sweetness while balancing that out with smoke, spice and acid.  I’m going to give up all my secrets for my famous smoked corn chowder and show you an easy, breezy summer dinner that comes together in 20 minutes and can easily feed a crowd.  You don’t want to miss this class!

Oct 6th 2021: Non Traditional Thanksgiving

I love this menu because it offers an updated take on the traditional spread. It is a little lighter, brighter and nutrient-dense AND there are vegetarian, gluten-free (even vegan options) to choose from.

Chopped Kale Salad with Toasted Almonds, Pomegranate Pearls, Feta Cheese and a Maple Dijon Dressing

Roasted Turkey Breast with a Goat Cheese and Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

Nov 24th 2021: Beautiful November Dinner

Sometimes you just want a dinner that reminds you of childhood, soothes your soul and leaves you feeling like you’re ready to cuddle up on the couch and relax.  This meal does exactly that!

Tender Seared Pork in a rich Bacon Cream Sauce and Sweet but Tart Caramelized Apple Crepes ooze comfort to me.  Also, the whole meal comes together in an hour. You can either entertain a group of 6 or have plenty of leftovers for the rest of the week.
